We want to try and provide as much information as possible to our homeowners and residents. To help us help you, work through the following list to make sure you reach the right contact for your inquiries. In most instances our community managers, Community Focus of NC, Inc (CFNC) should be your first port of call. They are best contacted through the Work Order system through the web.
General issues related to the running of the neighborhood can be addressed to the board but by far and away the best way of doing this is by attending a board meeting. These are on the third monday of every month via zoom, notices sent out regularly to your email.
If you feel you are just not getting any notices at all please notify CFNC to update your email address.
Social activities are the purview of the Falconbridge Alliance (a social organization for the neighborhood that is unrelated to your HOA). Please consider contacting or joining the Alliance. They should also be the first port of call for all social inquiries including joining the neighborhood listserv where most of our neighbors seek help, advice and answer questions:
