The Clubhouse and Pool are run by volunteers. We try to get to everything as quickly as we can and ask for your patience and understanding especially at the start of the pool season in order to get back to you.

Your Falconbridge Community Clubhouse and Pool is fun and convenient. With plenty of room to swim and sun, it’s almost like having our own private, neighborhood spa! The 88,000-gallon L-shaped swimming pool has lap lanes and a large 3-foot shallow section for young pre-swimmers.
The pool deck is furnished for sunbathing on chaises or lounging under the umbrellas, and a gas grill is available on the upper deck for family dinners. The pool was newly lined and tiled in 2012 and the stair railing replaced in 2017. In 2019, a system was installed to constantly monitor and adjust chlorine and pH levels, supplementing the daily checks in the on season by our pool maintenance company. In 2021-2022, we replaced concrete on the upper terrace and pool deck and replaced the clubhouse roof.
We are pleased to have daily pool maintenance provided by Southeast Aquatic Group (SAG). Our pool is maintenance only; there are no lifeguards.
Membership Information
We offer two types of membership, Recreational Facilities Full Access and Recreational Facilities Limited Access.
Full Access Membership includes the use of the pool and all benefits of Limited Access.
Limited Access includes Pickleball, Clubhouse access, and social events.
A full or limited access membership is for one full year (May 2024 through April 2025). For more information, view the perks of each membership below.
Membership Rules
All memberships are governed by the Falconbridge Recreational Facilities Rules and Waiver. You may choose not to read these rules or open these attachments, but that does not mean they do not apply to you. Failure to comply with rules will result in the loss of membership benefits for your household. Please remember that accepting a code for your household indicates that you have read and accepted all policies and that you will educate all members of your household of membership responsibilities.
Your door code access is inly for use by the members in your household that you list and pay for. Sharing your code with anyone else will result in suspension of facilities access and deactivation of your code.
Membership Rates 2024-2025
Townhome membership is paid via monthly homeowner dues. There is no fee for townhome members. However, townhomes must complete the online signup yearly to prevent deactivation of their access code. Only one signup is needed per address, but all adults (18+) must be listed as household members.

Clubhouse access codes
Upon membership renewal, your access code will remain the same as the prior year. New memberships codes will be assigned within 7 days of receiving a completed signup and payment. Immediate door code access is not available. Please sign up in advance of wanting to use the pool or clubhouse.
Payment
Payment options are Paypal (or credit card via Paypal) and check. Checks may be deposited in the mail slot by the clubhouse front door or mailed to the clubhouse at 6400 Falconbridge Road.
