About
Our Clubhouse is the social center of the neighborhood. Adjacent to the pool, it contains newly renovated meeting rooms, rest rooms, and is available for rental by Falconbridge residents for private events or community affairs. Recent improvements to the terrace allows events to expand outside.
The Clubhouse is composed of one long room with a retractable divider in the middle. The kitchen area contains a refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher plus storage cabinets. ADA rest rooms with baby changing stations are at the south end of the building.
Clubhouse Activities and Calendar
The Falconbridge Clubhouse hosts Falconbridge Alliance sponsored activities and townhome HOA meetings.
To participate in an Alliance sponsored activity, you must be an Alliance member. Please visit their website for more information (https://falconbridgealliance.org/).
All events are marked on the Falconbridge Clubhouse calendar in advance, will use the space past the divider in the clubhouse and have the option to close the divider for privacy. The clubhouse kitchen area remains open to all members.

Clubhouse Rentals
Rental and private events are currently only available to RFC members and Townhome owners.
During private rentals, the clubhouse and upper terrace past the pool gate is reserved and should not be used by Recreational Facilities Members. The Clubhouse is often rented for private parties such as baby showers, birthday parties, and family dinners. Additional services available include rental of AV equipment.
To reserve the Clubhouse contact the Recreational Facilities Committee (RFC) first download and fill in the form. Scan and email the form to contact@falconbridgehoa.org. DO NOT post the form to the clubhouse or put it in the clubhouse mailbox.
Rental rates include the clubhouse and upper terrace. Rental hours must include setup and cleanup.

Clubhouse Rental with Pool Privileges
The rental fees above apply. In addition, the renter must be a Recreational Facilities Full Access member and must secure Private Event Liability Insurance to cover their liability. There will be no lifeguards. The Member and all guests swim at their own risk.
